30 units, pool, bbqs, hi-speed Internet access in most. Although the units are reasonably sized, they have an enclosed feel. The awkward design and poor use of angles makes you wonder if the architect stayed with the craft. At least the kitchens are large. 2/2s (1,200 sq. ft.) are $138-$200. Lots of long-term rentals. If you're forced to stay here, get an upstairs unit.
