The buildings are on the cheap side (and sound carries pretty efficiently), but the grounds are well-tended and most of the units are reasonably nice inside (though you still have lots of variation). Rack rates are still on the high side, but the oceanfront units are the better deal. (Though your view might be partially blocked by trees.) One reason oceanfront units often seem better cared for is that since they need more maintenance (because the salt eats things up) and since those units cost more to buy, their owners spend more money on them. Lanais aren't private. Adjacent to Lydgate State Park and the beach path, which may bring some unsavory characters around the property area. 1/1 units (776 sq. ft. including lanai) are $230-$290, 2/2 units (1,100 sq. ft.) are $285-$365, 3/2 units are $375-$435. All units are non-smoking. |
