37 units, bbq. What a surprise. From the outside you'd expect poor views from these pole houses. The ocean is mostly blocked and the quality of the construction doesn't seem high. But the builders catered to the mountain views behind you, which are quite excellent. Two-story 2/3s (1,244 sq. ft.) and 3/3s (1,364 sq. ft.) are spacious with the living area upstairs. Rates are $220-$230. Hope you like steps, because there are lots of 'em here. 3-night minimum and all units are non-smoking.
