40 units. Cheap. No, not the price, but the quality. Duplex units share a lanai. Inside, the construction feels...cheap. The sound of passing traffic is a given if you leave the jalousie windows open (which you'll want to do). And the mountain views are mixed but generally poor. Top this off with Marc Resort's ridiculous rates of $230-$260, depending on if you want both sides (one of which has a kitchen). Either way, the bed is in the main (only) room. In short, you can do better almost anywhere. All units are non-smoking.
