34 units, pool, spa, a/c, bbq. No real views here, but pleasing layouts and excellent prices make it a compelling place. Grounds are nicely groomed. Upstairs units have larger lanais. 1/2s (1,000 sq. ft.) are $150-$175, 2/2s (1,450 sq. ft.) are $175-$195. The bottom set of numbers has higher prices. All units are non-smoking.
