148 units, tennis court, bbq, pool. Some have a/c. Many of the units are long-term rentals and some are timeshares, but there are still lots of vacation rentals. Few pay the rack rate we list, so check for packages. For instance, add $20 and you get a car. That's a good deal. The second set of numbers has 2-bedroom units that are in generally better condition for less money. 1/1 units (a smallish 460 sq. ft.) are $125, 2/2 units (around 900 sq. ft.) are $155. Of the 2/2s the single-level layouts (ramblers) are better because they have a full second bathroom. Building B can be noisy because it is by the main entrance. The ocean views feel pretty industrial here--no tropical grounds and lots of stairs. Ultimately, uncompelling.
