27 rooms, empty fridge, microwave, coffee maker upon request, free continental breakfast, free computer in lobby, bbqs and outdoor kitchen, coin-op, Wi-Fi. No phones. They have only updated 4 rooms; try for one of those. Rooms are 160-204 sq. ft. and cost $74-$114. Only one room has a/c. No kids under 10. The coqui frogs are quite a nuisance here, and they give you free earplugs (you'll need them). The neighborhood is not the best.
