31 rooms plus two hostel dorm rooms, empty fridge, microwave, coffee maker upon request, free continental breakfast with hotel rooms, free computers in lobby, bbqs and outdoor kitchen, coin-op, free Wi-Fi. No phones. Only one room has a/c. Their style is very basic, bathrooms need updating, and we wish it was cleaner. They have only “updated” 6 rooms; try for one of those. Some long-term renters here. The coqui frogs are quite a nuisance nearby, and they give you free earplugs (you’ll need them). Rooms are 160–204 sq. ft. and cost $59–$95. No kids under 10. Hostel-type rooms for $25 per bed or $50 per couple in a private room with a shared bath. The neighborhood is not the best. Located in Northern Hilo.
