27 rooms, empty fridge, microwave, coffee maker upon request, free continental breakfast with hotel rooms, free computer in lobby, bbqs and outdoor kitchen, coin-op, free Wi-Fi. No phones. They have only updated 4 rooms; try for one of those. Rooms are 160-204 sq. ft. and cost $59-$95. Only one room has a/c. No kids under 10. Hostel-type rooms for $25 per bed or $50 per couple in a private room with a shared bath. The coqui frogs are quite a nuisance here, and they give you free earplugs (you'll need them). The neighborhood is not the best.
