135 units, tennis court, a/c in some (ask for one), washer/dryer in unit, Internet access in some, bbqs, pool and spa. Quiet location, nicely kept grounds and rooms. There's a large grassy bbq area next to the pool that makes a fine place to cook that fish you caught today. Lots of these units are timeshares, but there are still many vacation rentals available. The lanai's privacy sacrifices part of the ocean view from some units. 1/1 units (780 sq. ft.) are $108-$160, 2/2 units (1,100 sq. ft.) are $135-$265. 3-night minimum. The second set of numbers has cheaper prices.
