84 units, pool, spa, keiki pool, bbqs, washer/dryer in unit, a/c, fitness room, some have Internet access. This gated resort was completed in 2005 with 14 "pods" containing six 2-story townhomes each. All have garages that some owners will let you use. The units, though new and fresh, don't seem to be built from the highest-quality materials. But the open plan layouts are quite functional. We liked the bathroom off every bedroom and the deep soaking tub, double sink and separate shower in the master bath. In fact, the bathrooms are very large overall, often including a walk-in closet. The bedrooms are not scaled to match and seem small by comparison. The ocean views are very distant, if at all. The units do tend to feel close to one another, especially in the bedrooms where your best view may be of your neighbor's bedroom. 2/3s (1,550 sq. ft.) are $225-263, 3/3 (1,700 sq. ft.) are $232-$320. 7-night minimum.
