124 rooms, pool, a/c, Internet access in some, washer/dryer in unit, elevators, bbq. This condo is located just up the hill from the main part of Kona town. There are not many views from these 5 buildings that vary up to 7-stories high. Buildings A and B have some partial ocean views from even numbered rooms. Get a higher floor for a better view. All units are large with pleasing layouts, most units we saw were nicely renovated, but some were not. 1/2 units (900 sq. ft) are $111-$153. 2/3 units (1,194 sq. ft.) are $132-$245.
