126 units, a/c, pool, keiki pool, bbq, free Wi-Fi, spa, free fitness room, washer/dryer in unit, private elevators in many, business center. It's hard to imagine being unhappy here. These are some of the most impressively appointed condos we've seen, and it's the only condo complex in Waikoloa that's next to a beach. Rooms are richly furnished with high-end appliances, African mahogany trim throughout, Travertine floors, granite countertops, a wall of glass that'll fold away from the 430 sq. ft. lanai (and its separate kitchen), making it part of the living space, and so much more. Even the closets light up automatically when you walk in. Although decor varies from unit to unit, we didn't see any that weren't outstanding. They have a sand bottom children's pool with its own waterfall. Another pool was planned at press time as the one can get crowded during busy seasons. First-floor units are the least expensive, because views might be encroached upon by a home in front of you. (Second- and third-floor units have better views, especially bldgs. 4-8, 10 and 12.) An easy place to love. 2/2 units (1,270-1,554 sq. ft.) are $266-$677. 3/3 units (1,716-2,147 sq. ft.) are $397-$1,099. 3-night minimum.
