188 units, 3 lighted tennis courts, bbq, pool, free Wi-Fi in most, washer/dryer in unit. There are older townhouses and newer condos. Huge variation in rooms here, even among the condos. Buildings 1-5 have outstanding rooms with incredible locations. On the other hand, some of the buildings have tacky rooms with poor maintenance. The townhouse units are older and some may be more weathered and get a bit buggy. The swimming pool is larger than most condo pools. There are several interesting archaeological sites on the grounds. Tennis is a big deal here, and they have a tennis pro on site. End units (not in the townhouses) have wonderful wraparound lanais. 2/2 units (1,175 sq. ft.) are $150-$225, 3/2 units (1,300 sq. ft.) are $95-$200. The second set of numbers has better priced units. 4-night minimum. ATR Properties, Inc. and Abbey Vacation Rentals also have units here.
