93 units, pool and spa, washer/dryer in unit, Internet access in some. Toward the end of Alii Drive, this place is very quiet and peaceful. There are lots of long-term rentals here. Most (but not all) units are expensively furnished with large lanais. Grounds are well kept. Very clean, very quiet, very tidy, very good deal. Not oceanfront. Some units have distant ocean views. 2/2 units (1,197 sq. ft.) are $115-$140, 3/3 units (1,400 sq. ft.) are $160-$180 (good value on the 3/3). The 2nd and 3rd floor units are the most desired here. Although we gave it a solid gold value, it's also a real gem, too. 3-night minimum.
