21 units, pool, spa, central a/c, free Wi-Fi, free local and long distance calls to the mainland, washer/dryer in unit, bbq, elevator in the back building only. These 3-story buildings, finished in 2008, sit right across the street from Kahalu‘u Beach Park and have some decent ocean views from most units. The elevated infinity edge pool faces the beach across the street, giving you the illusion of the ocean at the pool’s edge when swimming in it. The units share a similar decor—very pleasant and well-appointed. They have large showers in each bathroom, but no tubs. In a fit of bad design planning, they made some very high sinks in the bathrooms. So high, in fact, that some owners have included a stepstool. Even though the units are close to the road, noise should not be an issue with the central a/c. Overall, not a bad spot close to a nice beach with good snorkeling. 1/1 units (725 sq. ft.) are $164–$286. 2/2 units (972–1,075 sq. ft.) are $189–$430. 3/3 units (1,174 sq. ft.) are $299–$430. The back building has all 2-bedroom units. 3-night minimum.
