135 rooms, pool, coin-op laundry, no elevator, empty fridge, Wi-Fi, coffee maker upon request, lanais on some. Clean, simple rooms across from the ice pond. Rooms (around 170 sq. ft.) are $110-$130, with kitchenettes for $140. You will usually get a discount, and if you get a room for $73, it's a solid gold value. Rooms facing the pool are preferable since they're away from the busy street. As a second choice get a room facing the Ice Pond.
