This property is very similar to the Waikoloa Colony Villas and the buildings seem a bit less quiet and more dense than Waikoloa. But Fairway is closer to the Kings' Shops and the ocean, and the views are a bit better here. Buildings I-O face a small lake. Both were completed in 2004. Furnishings vary from unit to unit, but overall are very good. This resort is a combination of condos with 2-story townhouses on the end of each building. Some connecting condos available for large groups through second rental agent. 2/2s (1,085 sq. ft.) are $350, 2/2s plus loft (1,284 sq. ft.) are $390, 3/3s (1,731-1,931 sq. ft.) are $550. 2-night minimum. The second set of numbers has much cheaper prices and overall their units actually seemed nicer.
