16 rooms, tvs, free Wi-Fi in lobby and some rooms, bbq, coin-op laundry, lanais on some, no a/c, coffee makers in some. One of the better bargains in Hilo. Rooms are clean and have complete kitchens. The lack of telephones may make arranging your day awkward, but the room quality and kitchen at this price make it easy to recommend, and you can always use the phone in the lobby. Located in northern Hilo. Rooms are $99-$119 (it's worth the upgrade to Superior), 1- and 2-bedrooms units are $139 and $159. Additional person add $10. The coqui frog problem here is particularly noticeable, and they will give you free earplugs. Free coffee, cakes and fruit in the morning. Good staff.
