125 units, pool, a/c in some (ask for one because others can get hot), washer/dryer in unit, bbq, free Wi-Fi in most from top set of numbers. Units are fairly small, but with prices starting at $60-$95 for 1/1 units (620 sq. ft.), the value can be good. 2/2s (with 1,050 sq. ft.) are $125-$175. The pool is away from the ocean and isn't exactly dreamy to hang around. Shop around with different rental agents. This ain't the greatest place to stay; it's pretty institutional-feeling, and the views feel the same from most units. 4-night minimum.
