125 units, pool, washer/dryer in unit, bbqs, free Wi-Fi in most from top set of numbers. Units are fairly small, but with prices starting at $100–$185 for 1/1 units (620 sq. ft.), the value can be fairly decent. 2/2s (1,050 sq. ft.) are $165–$185. The pool is away from the ocean in the middle of the complex. Shop around with different rental agents. This ain’t the greatest place to stay; it’s pretty institutional-feeling, and the views feel the same from most units. 3-night minimum.
