This property is strikingly similar to Villas on the Prince, but has one distinct difference—the view. These 26 buildings of mostly 2-story duplexes and a few triplexes sit on a sloping property with some killer mountain views. Best views are from units 29–40 near the bottom edge of the complex. Other units also have good views if you don’t mind looking at the many rooftops below you. Of the two layouts (Mokihana and Laukea), we liked the Laukea because it felt more spacious, but those are clustered more toward the uppermost part of the property. Located near the Princeville Racquet Club. 2/3s (1,760–1,825 sq. ft.) are $150, 3/3s (1,760–1,825 sq. ft.) are $160–$180 based on a 5-night minimum. Prices drop to $128–$154 for 7 or more nights for 3/3s, for example, and at those prices it is a Solid Gold Value. Note that the 2/3s are really 3/3s but third bedroom is a den.
