9 units, a/c, spa, free Wi-Fi, bbq, coin-op laundry. Not really a condo, or a hotel. More like a plantation. (Oh...I get it!) No real views here. Grounds aren't remarkable; rooms are tidy but the appliances and bathrooms are showing their age. Many repeat guests at peak times of the year. Maid service is extra, but they will do a complimentary linen and towel service if you stay more than a week. 1/1 units (650 sq. ft.) are $135-$160, 2/2 units (900 sq. ft.) are $185-$200. 3- or 5-night minimum. Prices decrease for longer stays. The adjacent "main house" is available for weddings and as a B&B with 4 rooms.
