60 units, 2 lighted tennis courts, elevators, free hi-speed Internet access, pool, coin-op laundry (washer/dryers in all 2/3s), maid service once a week, bbqs. Well-maintained and sculptured grounds, very spacious rooms for the money, and a second-home atmosphere make this an easy recommendation. Buildings 1, 2, 6 and 7 (all 2/3s) have very nice ocean views and are two-story townhouses. You can pick herbs from their garden if you choose to cook. The staff is top-notch here. 1/2 units (1,120 sq. ft.) are $230-$345, 2/3 units (1,820) are $345-$465. They also have elegant 2,600 sq. ft. penthouses for $500-$600. There is a construction project on-going behind them. 5-night minimum.
