70 units, pool, keiki pool, free hi-speed Internet access in rooms, some have Wi-Fi, free room safe, 2 tennis courts and a paddle ball court (sort of mini tennis), bbqs. Well-maintained grounds. The rooms seem to vary a lot. The two-story townhouse units have an annoying layout, but single level 2/2 units are an acceptable value. Many of the units had been remodeled on this visit and were looking much nicer. Buildings 1, 2, 4, and some units in 8 are your best bet for a glimpse of the ocean. The rest are strictly garden views. 1/2 units (1,400 sq. ft.) are $145-$195, 2/2 units (2,100 sq. ft.) are $159-$304, 3/2 units (2,300 sq. ft.) are $300-$500. 5-night minimum.
