The buildings are on the cheap side (and sound carries pretty efficiently), but the buildings are well-maintained, grounds are well-tended, and most of the units are reasonably decorated (though you still have lots of variation). All the units are very clean. Rack rates are on the high side, but the oceanfront units are a better deal. (Though your view might be partially blocked by trees.) One reason oceanfront units often seem better cared for is that since they need more maintenance (because the salt eats things up) and those units cost more to buy, their owners spend more money on them. Lanais aren't totally private. Adjacent to Lydgate State Park and the beach path, which may bring some unsavory characters around the property at times. 1/1 units (776 sq. ft. including lanai) are $235-$385, 2/2 units (1,100 sq. ft.) are $295-$485, 3/2 units are $385-$525. |
