148 units, tennis court, bbq area, pool, Wi-Fi in lobby, some units have hi-speed Internet access, most have a/c. Many of the units are long-term rentals and some are timeshares, but there are still lots of vacation rentals. Few pay the rack rate we list, so check for packages. Maid service is every third day from the first set of numbers, which also charges for local calls. The second set of numbers has 2-bedroom units that are in generally better condition for much less money. 1/1 units (a smallish 460 sq. ft.) are $165, 2/2 units (840–920 sq. ft.) are $195. Of the 2/2s the single-level layouts (ramblers) are better because they have a full second bathroom. Building B can be noisy since it is by the main entrance. The ocean views feel pretty industrial here. There are no tropical grounds but lots of stairs. Ultimately, not very compelling.
